Mrs. Henry Kalm, 74, died at
the University hospital in Iowa
City at 7:00 p. m. Tuesday.
A housewife, she had been
making her home in Oelwein for
the past 53 years and was a lifetime
resident of the state.
Funeral services will be held
at the Zion Lutheran church at
2:30 Friday with the Rev. H. E.
Dieter officiating. The body will
lie in state at the Brant funeral
home until the -hour of services
and burial will be in Oakdale
cemetery.
Mrs. Kalm was preceded in
death by her husband who died
March 24. 1946.
Survivors include one son, Donald,
Oelwein; two granddaughters,
two great grandsons; two sisters,
Mrs. S. D. Wilson, Algona and
Mrs. C. W. Pearson, Washington
state.
