SUMNER (Special) — Funeral
services for Mrs. Walter Koenig,
63, of Red Wing, Minn., will be
Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Red
Wing Methodist church. Burial will
be in Red Wing.
Mrs. Koenig was the former
Nellie Schmidt, born in 1897 in
the Union vicinity of Fayette
county. She was the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Philip Schmidt.
In 1914, Nellie Schmidt and
Waller Koenig were married. Mrs
Koenig is survived by one sister
Mrs. Bertha Leyh of Sumner ant
one brother, Dr. Albert Schmidt
of Lyond, Kansas.
