OELWEIN - Services for Ben Proctor, 35, owner of the Proctor Electric here for the past 15 years who died early Monday at Mercy Hospital here of cancer, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church; rosary at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hintz Funeral Home, burial in Woodlawn Cemetery; survivors include his widow, Bonnie, two sons, Steve and Doug, and three daughters, Edie, Cindy and Lottie all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herschiel Proctor of Floris, and one brother, Mervin of Bloomfield.
