John E. Zierjack, 54, 118 6th
Ave. N.W., died Tuesday afternoon
at the University
Hospital in Iowa City.
He was a mechanic at Haun's
Repair in Oran and a resident of
Oelwein for the past 13 years. He
was a member of Peace Lutheran
church.
Funeral services will be held at
2 p.m. Friday at Peace Lutheran
church with the Rev. Donald
Berg officiating. Friends may
call at the Brant Funeral Chapel
after 10 a.m. Thursday. A
memorial fund has been
established and contributions
may be left at the funeral chapel.
Survivors include: his wife,
Donna; one brother, Henry,
Fairbank; one sister, Mrs. Leo
Strempke, Fairbank and two
nieces.
