Oelwein- Services for Mrs. Beatrice Malven, 86, who died Sunday at an Oelwein nursing home, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Brant-Kerns Funeral Home in Oelwein; burial in Otsego Cemetery, rural Oelwein; survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Beulah Power of Waterloo and Mrs. LaVerne (Bernice) Warthan of Oelwein; three brothers Emmett Rathbun of Carlsbad, California; Donald Rathbun of Maysville, Missouri and Clifford Rathbun of Lake Orient, Michigan; friends may call at the funeral chapel after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
