The children were thrown in front of the wagon under tho horse's heels, the boy who is about 7 years old, having a compound fracture of the thigh; and the girl, 15 or 16 years old, was not only stepped on by one of the horses but two wheels of tho loaded wagon passed over her, injuring very severely her chest and lungs. There is no doubt but that the boy will recover, but the girl's situation is not so hopeful, although at last accounts indications were more favorable.
