Page 3FRANK THATCHER was ordered to the reform school by Judge Granger, and taken there by Lee Desart, because of his bad habits and viciousness. He has been leader of a gang of bad boys who have committed petty acts of thieving during the winter, and has begun the road that must lead to penitentiary unless he mends his ways. His condition should be a warning to all such as need a warning.
