Schrack, John H., farmer, Section 28; PO West Union; born May 9, 1848 in Richland County, Ohio; in 1856 he came with his father to Fayette Co. and settled on his present farm in 1873; owns eighty acres, valued at $25 per acre. Married Alice B. Hancock, October 27, 1872; she was born June 19, 1852, in Oswego Co., New York; have one child -- Hellie Alice, born Aug. 6, 1873.
