Miller, Rudolph, farmer, Section 24; PO Elgin; owns 200 acres of land; was born in Switzerland, June 20, 1816; came to Ohio in 1850; came to Iowa in 1852. He married Anna Isely in May, 1856; she was born in Switzerland in 1831; they have had ten children; lost two daughters; the living are Alexander, Lewis, Marianna, Rudolph, John, Lydia, Frederick and Lena.
