Linn, D. C., farmer, Section 19; PO Sumner; owns 360 acres of land, valued at $20 per acre; born in Winnebago Co., Illinois in 1852; came to Iowa in 1853 and located with his father, George Linn in Banks Township; his father was one of the pioneers of the county and was born in Kennebec Co., Maine and settled in Banks Township in 1868.
