Probst, Daniel, farmer, Section 17; PO Bethel; owns 240 acres of land, valued at $5,000; was born in Lancaster, Grant Co., Wisconsin, August 12, 1850. Married Anna Marshmeyer; she was born in Germany in 1854; came to this country in 1873. Mr. Probst's father was the first settler of Lancaster, Wisconsin. They have one child -- Lillie E.
