HOCKERT, Mrs. Mary, far., Sec. 13, P. O. Fayette; owns 140 acres, valued at $4,200; born in Elkhart Co., Ind., in 1830; came to this county in 1865. Married Elias Hockert, La Grange Co., Ind., Feb. 15, 1855; he was born Feb. 1, 1828, and died March 20, 1866. Mrs. H.'s maiden name was Nelson; she has one son - Thomas Elton, born April 6, 1858
