Newcomb, W. F., dealer in watches, clocks and jewelry, Brush Creek (Fairfield township); born in Canada, June 28, 1856. Mr. N. resided in Manchester, Iowa, for some time, learning his trade of Mr. Boyington; after which he opened his store in this place in April 10, 1876, where he is now doing a nice business.
