Estherville – Services for Gary Moffitt, 23, Estherville, will be 3 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church here with the Rev. Max Goldman officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.

Mr. Moffitt succumbed Wednesday [March 16, 1977] evening at Holy Family Hospital here.

Friends may call until 1 p.m. Saturday at Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville.

He was born July 11, 1953, at Estherville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Moffitt. He received his schooling at the Emmet County Handicapped Opportunities, Inc., here.

Mr. Moffitt is survived by his mother, Thelma; one brother, Craig Francis Moffitt, with the U.S. Air Force at Alexander, La.; two sisters, Mrs. Gary (Terri Louise) Dyer, Madison, Maine, and Mrs. Darrell (Sylvia) Bartlett, North Anson, Maine; and numerous nieces and nephews.
