Thomas Finnegan Dies At Armstrong

Thomas Finnegan died at Armstrong Wednesday afternoon at the age of 68. Death was caused by lukemia.

He came to Armstrong with Mrs. Finnegan in 1906 from Sioux City, Iowa. After farming for several years he opened his own business in town which he operated for the past 25 years.

Surviving Mr. Finnegan are his wife; a son, Peter, of Mapleton, Minnesota; a daughter, Mrs. Gene Martini of Whitmore, Ia.; ten grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Lou Miller of Sioux City.

Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 9:30 from St. Mary's church in Armstrong with burial in Mount Calvary cemetery. The Rev. Bernard Eischeid will officiate.
