Wesley Holl Final Rites At Currie
Funeral services for Wesley Holl [John Wesley Holl] of Currie, Minn., will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Presbyterian Church in Currie.Mr. Holl will be buried in the Dolliver Cemetery. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m.
Mr. Holl and his wife farmed in the Estherville area for 18 years. They moved to a farm near Currie in 1961.
He was killed in an automobile accident west of Tracy, Minn., Saturday night.
Born in Estherville in 1918, Wesley Holl married Mary Swartz of Estherville, and they moved to the farm west of Estherville.
Survivors include his widow, three sons and three daughters, Alan, stationed with the Air Force in Okinawa, Gerald, stationed with the Air Force in Amarillo, Texas, Mrs. Earl (Janet) Moote of Chicago, Mrs. Norman (Joyce) Johnson of Balaton, and David and Carol at home; and four brothers, George of Dolliver, Lee and Richard of Estherville, and Wayne of Hoffman, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, March 23, 1965)
