Henry Feddersen
Dolliver – Services for Henry V. Feddersen, 72, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the United Methodist Church in Dolliver with the Rev. Dr. Merrill Summerbell officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Township Cemetery rural Dolliver. He died Friday, Feb. 2, 1985 at Holy Family Hospital.

Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home in Estherville after 3 p.m. Monday.

Feddersen was born June 2, 1912 at Armstrong, the son of Carl and Verna (Cox) Feddersen. He received his education in rural Emmet County schools. On Sept. 1, 1935 he was united in marriage with Edna Goerndt at Sioux Falls, S.D. He started farming as a young man with horses and has farmed all his life in the Dolliver area. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Dollliver.

Survivors include his wife Edna, Dolliver; one son Donald Feddersen, Ceylon, Minn.; three daughters: Mrs. Pat (Dorothy) Rolling, Terril, Mrs. David (Dona) Glasnapp, Ringsted; Dixie Lind, Dolliver; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers: Ernie Feddersen, Neosho, Mo., Elmer Feddersen, Omaha, Nebr., John Feddersen, Armstrong; three sisters: Mrs. Asgar (Erma) Hansen, Estherville; Mrs. Monroe (Annie) Rankin and Mrs. Joe (Emma) McConnel, Armstrong.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and one sister. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 23, 1985)
