Rites Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary [Mary C. Peterson] Strait of Minneapolis, Minn., a former Estherville resident will be held in Estherville Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Mahlum and Sandin funeral chapel with burial in the Oak Hill cemetery. Mrs. Strait was preceded in death by her husband, James, at one time a painter in Estherville. Surviving are three sons and two daughters. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, February 13, 1945)
