Estherville – Services for Margaret [Per cemetery records: Jennie Margaret] Schloeman, 88, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at the Henry and Olson Funeral Chapel in Estherville with Father Philip Auffrey officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Schloeman died Friday, Nov. 30, 1984, at the Good Samaritan Center in Estherville.

Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Monday.

Margaret Schloeman was born June 23, 1896 at Wallingford, the daughter of M.H. and Helena (Ellerston) Schloeman. She attended school in Estherville and the National College of Education in Evanston, Ill. She taught school for many years at Lone Rock, Armstrong, Perry and Davenport and also at South Bend, Ind. She remained single all of her life. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church Estherville.

She is survived by one brother, Worth Schloeman, New York, N.Y.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Peggy Schloeman, Sun City, Ariz., two nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, William Schloeman. (Estherville, Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 3, 1984)
