Estherville – Funeral services for Beverly Jean Noe, 83, of Estherville will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, at the Estherville Good Samaritan Society Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the Good Samaritan chapel. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Estherville.

She died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at the Good Samaritan Society in Estherville.

Beverly Jeanne Noe the daughter of Vanciil R. and Esther (Hoover) Noe was born April 25, 1926 in Estherville, Iowa. She died on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at the Good Samaritan Society in Estherville, Iowa at the age of 83 years.

She received her education in Estherville schools, graduating from Estherville High School in 1946. Jeanne lived her entire life in Estherville. She worked at the Estherville Laundry, Holy Family Hospital and as a Nurse’s Aide for many years.

She was a past member of Union Baptist Church and recently of Grandview Baptist Church in Estherville.

Left to cherish her memory are her many friends. Jeanne was the last surviving member of the Esther Ridley family who Estherville was named after.

She has been preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Rex Noe and one sister, Ruth Noe Amdal.

Interment: Oak Hill Cemetery, Estherville (MC)
