HOLD BURIAL FOR YOUNG CHILD FRIDAY

The burial service of [Kenneth] Joseph Roach, infant, son of Mrs. John Roach of Minneapolis, who passed away at the home of his grandmother last Tuesday [Feb., 24, 1925], was held on Friday and interment made in the Catholic cemetery. The little boy was but one year and eleven months old and was being cared for by his grandmother Mrs. W.P Helinsky while his mother [Matilda Helinsky Roach] was working in the city. He was taken suddenly ill of cholera infantum and passed away before his mother arrived. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, March 4, 1925)

Obituary of Kenneth Roach

Kenneth Joseph Roach was born February 27, 1923 in Estherville, Iowa, and lived with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Helinsky, his mother, Mrs. J. T. Roach being employed by a large cigar manufacturing company in St. Paul, Minn. at the time of his death, Tuesday, February 24th. He leaves to mourn his loss, his mother, grandparents and a host of other relatives. His father, John T. Roach, could not be located. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, March 4, 1925)
