Wallingford – Services for Gunda Egertson, 95, Estherville, will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville, with the Rev. Wesley Brodin officiating. Interment will be in the Wallingford Lutheran Cemetery.

Miss Egertson died May 2, 1977, at the Good Samaritan Center, Estherville.

She was born Dec. 25, 1881, at Wallingford, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Halvor Egertson. She received her education in Wallingford are schools and worked as a cook at Iowa State University, Ames, for many years, then made her home at Wallingford until 1970 when she moved to the Good Samaritan Center. She was a member of the Wallingford Lutheran Church.

Miss Egertson is survived by many nieces and nephews.
