Marla Peterson, widow of the late Randy Peterson of rural Estherville (killed in a pickup truck accident Sept. 21) wishes to express her thanks to the many friends and neighbors who harvested the couple’s crops on the Mack Peterson farm two miles east and three south of Estherville recently. Marla is the Petersons’ daughter-in-law and lives on a farm near the home place. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, November 10, 1969)
