Heart Attack is Fatal to Aged Local Realtor
C.E. Person, 75, well known Estherville real estate man, was found dead in his bed this afternoon by Mr. and Mrs. Arlando Lough when they returned from St. Paul. Mr. Person had been making his home with the Loughs since before the death of his wife on September 1st of this year.

Although the exact cause of his death has not been stated, Mr. Person is known to have suffered severe heart attacks during the past years and it is thought his death was the result of one of these attacks.

Surviving the father are one daughter, Mrs. Walter Shannon, of Whittier, Calif. and two sons, C.W. Person of Cherokee, and F.E. Person of Minneapolis. Mr. Person had recently returned from Minneapolis where he spent Christmas with his son and family. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, December 30, 1941)
