Longtime Area Woman Dies
Mrs. Anna Clark died March 19, 1973, at Holy Family Hospital.
Anna Feather was born April 24, 1883, in Fillmore County, Minnesota. She was the daughter of the Rev. Nathen Feather, a Presbyterian minister who came to this country from England, and his wife. Anna was married to Charles Harvey Clark March 15, 1899,at the home of her parents at Swan Lake. To this union three children were born, Mrs. Kenneth (Ardis) Ankrum of Fairfield Bay, Ark., Charles K. Clark and Burton N. Clark, at whose home she resided until her death. She leaves two grandchildren, Darryl Ankrum of Kansas City, Mo., and Dennis Ankrum of Salina, Kan.; four great-grandchildren, Craig and Mark Ankrum and Vicki and Tandi Ankrum. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother and one sister. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, March 23, 1973)
