A sad misfortune visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Teed who live seven and a half miles south-east of Estherville. Their baby died of brain fever last Thursday [July 16, 1891]. The funeral was held on Friday, Rev. Woodford conducting the services. (Northern Vindicator, Estherville, IA, July 23, 1891)
