Succumbs to Heart Attack
Mrs. Roy (Hazel) Stockburger, 50, died this morning shortly after her arrival at Holy Family Hospital following a heart attack. She was stricken in front of her residence at 808 N. 5th. A resident of Rice Lake, Wis., Mrs. Stockburger had been in Estherville for the past three months caring for her mother, Mrs. Frank Wilkinson, who recently was admitted to the hospital.

Funeral arrangements are pending arrival of relatives from Rice Lake.

Mrs. Stockburger was born in 1908 at Osceola, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wilkinson. Her family moved to Estherville while she was a young girl and she received her education in the Estherville schools.

After her marriage to Roy Stockburger, the couple lived in this area until approximately eight years ago when they moved to Wisconsin.

She is survived by her husband, Roy, of Rice Lake, Wis; three daughters, Mrs. Dean (Donna) Parker of Shell Lake, Wis.; Mrs. Wayne (Evelyn) Anderson of Rice Lake and Mrs. Darwin (Judy) Bailey of Topeka, Kan., two sons, Donald who is presently stationed at Sweetwater, Tex., with the Air Force, and Richard at home, seven grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Vernon (Stella) Landmesser of Estherville, and her mother, Mrs. Wilkinson.

Funeral services for Mrs. Roy Stockburger will be held at the Sternborg Funeral Home Friday at 2 p.m. Mrs. Stockburger died Monday morning. Burial will be at Oakhill Cemetery.
