Death
Bradenton, Fla. – Robert William Stearns, formerly of Estherville, died recently [March 5, 1989] in the Bradenton Hospital. He was the son of the late George Harold Stearns. Survivors include his wife Clarissa, four sons and a half brother, Jim Stearns of Estherville. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, March 8, 1989)
