The Times publisher regrets very much to learn of the sudden death of Atty. Sullivan. We knew him as long as we can remember. His parents and the parents of the Times publisher came from the same town in Ireland. Attorney Sullivan was very successful in the practice of law and was one of the leading attorneys in North Dakota. He was throughout life a devout Catholic. He was in every way a very fine gentleman.
The Times extends sympathy to the wife and children and to the brothers and sisters in their sorrow. (Graettinger Times, Graettinger, IA, June 15, 1950)
