Reinesch Rites Held Monday
Funeral services were held for Lawrence John Reinesch, 59, Estherville, at 10:30 a.m. today (Monday) at St. Patrick’s Church, Estherville. Mr. Reinesch died of a heart attack while in a car driven by a niece near Mitchell, S.D., Feb. 22, 1973. He had gone go Mitchell to see his mother, who is hospitalized there.Father Laurence Burns officiated at services and interment was in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
Mr. Reinesch was born Feb. 14, 1914, at White Lake, S.D., to Mr. and Mrs. Christ Reinesch and was educated in White Lake schools. On Dec. 26, 1938, he was married to Ivadelle Leo in Estherville. He had come to Estherville in 1935 and was a painter until he retired because of ill health in 1964.
He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church and Knights of Columbus Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Ivadelle of Estherville; his mother, Mrs. Susan Reinesch, White Lake, S.D.; three daughters, Mrs. Gary (Ann) Hood, Topeka, Kan., Mrs. Dennis (Susan) Van De Walle, Mesa, Ariz., and Sheryl Reinesch, Estherville; two sons, Chris and Thomas Reinesch of Mesa, Ariz.; five grandchildren; one brother, Albert of White Lake, S.D.; two sisters, Mrs. Glen Dunn, White Lake, S.D., and Mrs. Edward Tracy, Kennebec, S.D.
He was preceded in death by his father, one son and one brother.
