Joseph Mitchell, 77, Dies
Joseph Mitchell, 77, died at 1 p.m. Saturday [September 27, 1952] at Holy Family hospital. Rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. today at the Sandin funeral home and funeral services will be at 9 a.m. tomorrow at St. Patrick’s church, the Rev. James H. Duhigg officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s cemetery. Mr. Mitchell was born Dec. 31, 1874. He is survived by his wife, living at 1017 First avenue south.
