Mrs. Korlaske
Estherville – Funeral service for Mrs. Marybelle Korlaske, 75, Estherville, will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Estherville with Father A. O. Grendler officiating and burial at the church cemetery. She died Tuesday [November 4, 1975] morning at Holy Family Hospital.

Mrs. Korlaske was born June 17, 1900 at Cylinder to Mr. and Mrs. I. L. Soper and was educated in Cylinder and Emmetsburg schools. In 1918 she was married to Joseph McClean at Emmetsburg. In 1931 she was married to George Korlaske. Mrs. Korlaske was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Donald (Josephine) Young, Webb, Mo.; Mrs. Clarence (Edna) Bland, Terril; Mrs. Vera Sifrit, Estherville; and Mrs. Delbert (Georgine) Kooker, Kansas City, Mo.; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one brother, George Soper, Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Irwin, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Blanche Reinke, Minneapolis, Minn.

She was preceded in death by both husbands, two grandchildren; her parents, and nine brothers and sisters.

Friends may call at the Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville, after noon on Thursday. A rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, November 5, 1975)
