Mrs. Roy Huntley Succumb Tuesday
Mrs. Roy M. (Hazel O.) Huntley, 53, Estherville, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, at her home.

She was born April 26, 1918, at Algona, to Edwin and Rose Johnson and received her education in Algona. March 24, 1937, she was married to Roy M. Huntley at Estherville. They lived their entire married life in Estherville. She was a member of the Estherville Lutheran Church and the VFW Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Roy, two sons, Lonnie, Estherville, and Bary, Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Marlene) Duitsman, Estherville, and Mrs. Basil (Donna) Roberts Jr., Estherville; 10 grandchildren, two brothers, Roy Johnson, Algona, and Ralph Johnson, Lodi, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Vern Howard, Fort Dodge, Mrs. F. S. Andersen, Humboldt, and Mayland Brunsvold, Kensett; and her father, Edwin E. Johnson, Algona.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. at the Estherville Lutheran Church with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at Fuhrman Funeral Home until Thursday morning when the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until time of service.

Pallbearers are Eldon Friesner, Wesley Eide, Richard E. Jurries, James Omundson, Harold Selberg and Luverne Peterson. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, November 10, 1971)
