Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Howe have the sympathy of friends in the death of their one year old baby. The little one died last Friday at Cedar Rapids and was brought to Estherville for burial. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, May 19, 1909)

Louise Morrison Howe, the one year and 16 days old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George [Pearl Morrison] Howe, 1330 B avenue, died 7:30 last evening. The body will be taken to Estherville tonight for funeral and interment. (Cedar Rapids Evening Gazette, Cedar Rapids, IA, May 15, 1909)
