The little two weeks old babe of Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Dearborn died of whooping cough Saturday [February 24, 1912] and was buried Sunday. Rev. H. C. Hurd preached the funeral sermon. (Estherville Democrat, Estherville, IA, February 28, 1912)
