Ruby Williams Died Last Sunday Evening
Death again visited the Bird Williams family last Sunday evening [March 23, 1919] when, as the midnight hour approached, the little daughter Ruby of this estimable couple was taken to the better world. She was almost four years old at the time of her death. For some time past she had been seriously ill with pneumonia. The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Williams extend their deepest sympathy in this hour of sorrow. Funeral services were held yesterday, Rev. Dungas of the Christian church, in charge. Christian Church - The funeral of little Ruby Williams took place Tuesday afternoon. She was the youngest daughter of Brother and Sister Bird Williams. The sympathy of the whole church is extended to them in their time of sorrow. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, March 26, 1919)
