A.W. Thrush, 74, passed away Wednesday at the home of his brother, E. E. Thrush on south 10th street. While Mr. Thrush has been failing in health for some time, his condition was not considered serious and death came as a shock to the family.

Mr. Thrush has made his home here for many years. He is unmarried and leaves two brothers, E. E. Thrush of this city and H. N. Thrush of Lake Lillian, Minn., to mourn his death.

The funeral services are to be held on Friday at 2 p.m. from the Mahlum and Anderson funeral chapel. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, October 29, 1936)
