Mrs. Olive Rugtiv
Estherville – Funeral services for Mrs. Olive L. Rugtiv, 86, Estherville, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Henry Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Fred Sawyer officiating and burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery. She died Monday [January 27, 1975] evening at Rosewood Manor.

Mrs. Rugtiv was born Jan. 4, 1890 in Morris, Ill., to Wesley Robb and Eudora Clow Robb and attended high school in Estherville and Iowa State University, Ames. She was married to Benjamin Rugtiv Jan. 4, 1911 at Estherville.

They lived in Oakland, Calif., for a number of years and had lived in Estherville the lat 15 years. She had been a resident of Rosewood Manor for three years, a member of the Methodist Church and a 50-years member of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include three sons, Robb, Englewood, Calif.; Richard, Oakland, Calif.; and John W., Estherville; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. H. H. (Laura) Kendall, Lincoln, Neb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, two grandchildren, three brothers and one sister.
