The infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pfennig of Emmet township died at the Wilson home early Wedensday morning, March 28, 1906.
Little Sadie Wilson Pfennig was six months and nine days old; a sweet and confiding child giving promise of shedding cheery sunshine on the hearts of parents and friends in the after days of life.
The funeral was conducted Thursday morning at the home by J. R. Horswell and the interment took place at the Oak Hill cemetery in Estherville. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of their numerous friends in Emmet township. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, April 4, 1906)
