Graveside services for Bessie M. Bright, 83, Estherville were held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the East Side Cemetery with the Rev. Max Goldman of the United Methodist Church officiating. She died Friday morning at the Good Samaritan Center.

Mrs. Bright was born March 4, 1892 at Leland, Ill., to William and Harriet Parks. She was married to William Bright Aug. 30, 1917 in Des Moines and they moved to Estherville in 1932 where they had lived since. Her husband preceded her in death in 1967.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. M.S. Kerwick, Tacoma, Wash.; several nieces and nephews.

Henry Funeral Home, Estherville, was in charge of arrangements.
