RINGSTED, Iowa – Services for Christina M. Rasmussen, 89, of Ringsted, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Ringsted. Burial will be in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Ringsted.

Rasmussen died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at Valley Vue Care Center, Armstrong. Visitation will be 4:30-7:30 p.m. today at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home in Ringsted.

Christina Marie Nelson was born June 21, 1913, in Ringsted, daughter of Chris J. and Cecilia S. (Hansen) Nelson.

Survivors include daughter, Marie Godfredsen of Sibley; sons, Norman Rasmussen of Ringsted, Arne Rasmussen of Milford, Erik Rasmussen of Cape Canaveral, Fla., and James Rasmussen of Mesa, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
