ESTHERVILLE—Services for Lena Nelson, 93, Estherville, were held Monday afternoon at the Henry and Olson Funeral Chapel, Estherville, with the Rev. Obert Rust of the Estherville Lutheran Church officiating. Interment was in the Wallingford Lutheran Cemetery.

Miss Nelson died Thursday afternoon at the Good Samaritan Center, Estherville, where she had been a resident for the past seven years.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Olson, she was born Jan. 22, 1885, at Haugesund, Norway. She was educated in Norway and came to the United States in 1903. She worked as a housekeeper for the Sten Tindal family for 30 years at Estherville. Miss Nelson was a member of the Estherville Lutheran Church.

She is survived by four nieces, Mrs. Norman Egeland, Wallingford, Mrs. Oscar Sunde, Estherville, Mrs. Charles Hansen, Estherville, and Mrs. Gladys Larsen, Willard, Mo.; and two nephews, Paul Paulson, Mesa, Ariz., and Jerome Paulson, Perry.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and nine brothers and sisters.
