Jerrian Lee Valdey [Veldey]
Sadness came to the Harmon Veldey home Tuesday caused by the death of Jerrian Lee Veldey, the infant son [daughter] of Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Veldey. The infant was born last October and has been in delicate health almost since birth. Everything possible has been done for the baby. The parents had the child at the Mayo clinic until two and a half months ago. They have since that time been at the Harry Simpson home in this city. The child was afflicted with a tumor of the brain.

Funeral services will be held from the Simpson home at nine-thirty on Thursday. Interment will be made in Oak Hill cemetery. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, July 15, 1936)
