Mr. and Mrs. Lytle Lose Little Daughter
Little Beatrice Lytle died at her home of 403 North Third street Thursday, June 27th, at the early age of one year, three months and 23 days. She was the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Lytle, and was sick only a week. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. Frederic Catlin at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, from the Union Baptist church. The duets sung by Mesdames Lotchford and Noe were very comforting. The floral offerings of friends were unusually large for so small a child and a large concourse of friends attended the service. The body was laid to rest in Oak Hill cemetery. The sorrowing family have the sympathy of the entire community. (Estherville Democrat, Estherville, IA, July 3, 1918)
