Rites Held Wednesday at Estherville for Arthur Amdahl

Funeral services were held Wednesday at Estherville Lutheran church for Arthur Amdahl, 69, of Aurora, Ill., former resident of the Lost Island township area. Mr. Amdahl died Friday in an Aurora hospital after having suffered a stroke the previous Monday.

Survivors of Mr. Amdahl are his wife and one son, Alden of Aurora; two daughters, Mrs. Al (Goldie) Weldert and Mrs. Chester (Jessie) Myers, both of Aurora; two grandchildren; one brother, Emmet Amdahl of Estherville, and one sister, Mrs. C. P. (Mabel) Jackson, also of Estherville.
