Rites Friday for Mrs. Luella Galvin

Mrs. Luella Galvin, 90, died at Good Samaritan Center early Wednesday morning. She had been a resident there for three years.

She was born Aug. 11, 1877 in Dickinson County, to Mr. and Mrs. William Youngblood.

Survivors include five sons and two daughters: Merle J., Hammond, Ind., Charles, and Richard, Cedar Lake, Ind., William of Temple City, Calif., James of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Fred (Mary) Martin, Estherville, Mrs. Rudolph (Lulu) Larson, Warren, Ore. Also 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Her husband, one son and one daughter preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Reese-Henry Funeral Chapel, Rev. Rawlin Johnson officiating. Burial will be in East Side Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Charles Galvin, James Martini, Kermit Wright, Melvin Tirevold, William Woitt and Wayne Haukoos.

Friends may call from 2:30 p.m. today until time of services Friday.
