ESTHERVILLE -- Services for Rex C. Inman, 81, Longeville, Minn., formerly of Estherville, will be held Tuesday at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home in Estherville with the Rev. John Bowe officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery. Masonic services will also be held. He died Thursday, May 23, 1985 at his home in Longeville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. Tuesday morning.

He was born Dec. 25, 1903 a Estherville, the son of Norman and Etta (Glime) Inman; he attended Estherville School and was a graduate of Estherville High School. He also attended Iowa State University at Ames. He was united in marriage with Clarice Hiles in 1932 at Bemidji, Minn. The couple farmed in Emmet County until his retirement in 1952 when they moved into Estherville. The couple moved to Longeville in 1965 where they have lived since. Inman was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Masonic Lodge and the Shrine Lodge.
