ARMSTRONG, Iowa--Services for Frank R. Hiney, 82, of Armstrong, will be 1 p.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church, Armstrong. Burial will be in Armstrong Grove Cemetery.

Hiney died Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at Avera Holy Family Hospital, Estherville. Visitation will 4-8 p.m. today at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home, Armstrong.

Frank Ross Hiney was born July 23, 1920, in Jackson, son of Frank and Violet (Raymond) Hiney. He served in World War II from September 22, 1942-October 31, 1945.

Survivors include: wife, Joyce of Armstrong; son, Rhett of Armstrong; daughter, Danielle Hiney of Edina, Minn.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
