ESTHERVILLE -- Services for Daniel Webster Anderson, 79, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Estherville Lutheran church with Pastor Stan Eyberg officiating. Interment will be in Estherville Lutheran cemetery with full military service by the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He died Thursday, March 29, 1984 at his home.

Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday.

Anderson ws born Sept. 4, 1904 near Estherville, the son of Albert and Sophia (Olson) Anderson. He attended the Emmet Consolidated School. He served with the army during World War Two. On Nov. 27, 1961 he was united in marriage with Selma Heggen at the Estherville Lutheran Church. He worked at Tobin Packing Co. and later Morrell Packing Co. until 1969 when he retired. Anderson lived his entire life in the Estherville area.

He is survived by his wife Selma, Estherville; three sisters, Mrs. Harley (Hilda) Harris, Nevis, Minn., Mrs. Nellie Canfield, Muscatine and Mrs. Elsie Gabel, Mason City.

He was preceded in dath by his parents; two sisters and one brother.
