Wyndelle E. "Wendy" Rodgers, 42, of 2285 Francis St., died at 8:33 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, 2003, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, of a cerebral hemorrhage.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Mueller Memorial Chapel at Linwood Cemetery. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St.

She was born on March 11, 1961, in New York, daughter of Wendell and Betty (Adams) Reid.

She enjoyed being outdoors. She loved her pets and plants and recently joined the Arbor Society.

She was a very loving person and was eagerly awaiting the birth of her grandson.

Surviving are her fiance, Randy Fransen, of Dubuque; a stepdaughter, Jamie L. Fransen, of Dubuque; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Wendy E. Rodgers Memorial Fund has been established.
